How far is Sterling 920 Terrace from ASU? +

The property is located just steps away from ASU campus and about a 10-15 minute walk to the Memorial Union. Also, the light rail and campus shuttles are conveniently on the corner, so you can take these to go to Mill Ave, the airport or even downtown!

What is the difference between the Terrace and Penthouse floor plans? +

While all of our floor plans will feature modern finishes, our penthouse residences are for those who want an upgraded experience. The penthouse features include: guaranteed placement on the 5th floor, 11 ft ceilings, white quartz countertops, upgraded wood-style flooring throughout and exclusive resident events throughout the year.

What is included in the furniture package? +

In the common areas, we include a modern sofa, lounge chair, coffee table, end table and bar stools. In your private bedroom, we include a full-sized bed frame with a memory foam mattress and built-in USB outlets, stackable dresser drawers, desk, and desk chair. What utilities are included? +

Utilities included in your rent are Water, Sewer, and Wi-Fi. Valet Waste and Electric are paid separately.

How does Valet Waste work? +

Valet Waste is an additional amenity that Sterling 920 Terrace is able to offer to our residents. You will be provided a waste bin that you will set out during an allotted time frame for a representative to pick up each night. You will no longer need to argue with your roommates who is going to take out the trash!

What amenities are offered? +

Our amenity package offers the best experiences and suits all lifestyles. Sterling 920 Terrace offers a resort style pool, fire pit, full size volleyball court, peaceful courtyards, private and group study lounges, a large fenced-in pet park, a 3,000 square foot two-story fitness center with separate fitness studio, and an outdoor muscle beach gym.

All of our amenities, except the pool deck, are open 24/7.

What does it mean to be LEED certified? +

LEED stands for Leadership in Energy and Environment Design. Sterling 920 Terrace has low flow water fixtures, energy star appliances and high-grade air filters. All of which reduces your energy use from 17-30%!

Is Sterling 920 pet friendly? +

We love pets, and even have a fenced-in pet park for them to play in! We understand your pets are part of your family, and that means finding a home that welcomes all of you! Also, we do not have a weight limit! Please contact the office at 928.220.3655 if you have any questions about breed restrictions.

What are the details for the community-provided Tesla Model S car? +

There will be a Tesla Model S brought to you by Envoy that will be available to check out and rent by the hour or for the day! Since our community has limited availability for parking, we are providing our residents with an Envoy alternative, so you will still have the ability to run errands around town in an energy-efficient automobile.

Do you have guest parking? +

The entire first floor of our parking garage is reserved for guests, at no additional cost to the resident or guest! Parking can be limited and it is first come, first serve.

How can I cancel my lease? +

Although we don’t want to see you go, Sterling offers a relet process that allows you to find a replacement resident to take over the remainder of your lease contract. Once the new lessee is fully approved, your contract would then become terminated. Contact the office for more details.
