What is the average bedroom size?
While all of our floor plans vary in size, our average bedroom size is 10 ft x 11 ft. Please call the office to inquire about your specific floor plan.
What is the difference between the Terrace and Penthouse residences?
While all of our floor plans will feature modern finishes, our penthouse residences are for those who want an upgraded experience. The penthouse features include: guaranteed placement on the 5th floor, upgraded kitchen and bathroom finishes, kitchen backsplash and living room accent paint, personal mini fridge in each bedroom, and exclusive resident events and offers.
What is included in the furniture package?
In the common areas, we include a modern sofa, lounge chair, coffee table, end table, Smart TV, and bar stools. In your private bedroom, we include a full-sized memory foam mattress with bed frame, stackable dresser drawers, a desk, and desk chair.
How does Valet Waste work?
Valet Waste is an additional amenity that Sterling Heights is able to offer to our residents. You will be provided a waste bin that you will set out during an allotted time frame for a representative to pick up each night. You will no longer need to argue with your roommates who is going to take out the trash!
What are the parking options?
Garage parking is available for Residents of Sterling Heights. Please contact the leasing team for further details. Sterling will also offer visitor parking, however, visitor parking can be limited and it is first come, first serve.
What is the height of the parking garage?

Do you have elevators?
Sterling Heights will have 3 elevators throughout the community for our residents and guests!
Are the amenities open 24/7?
All of our amenities except our pool deck will be open 24/7. We understand that college students are busy during the day so you will be able to enjoy our state-of-the-art fitness center, study café, and more whenever your schedule allows!
What is the Envoy Car?
Envoy is a an amenity unlike any other. For those wanting to leave their cars back at home, we offer an exclusive rideshare car that you can rent through Envoy’s mobile app exclusively for Sterling Heights residents. Simply download the app, select our property Envoy location, reserve a time, and go! Your phone becomes the key to the Envoy car.
What is your pet policy?
We love pets! We understand your pets are part of your family, and that means finding a home that welcomes all of you! Also, we do not have a weight limit! Please contact the office at 210.610.0675 if you have any questions about breed restrictions.
What does it mean to be LEED certified?
LEED stands for Leadership in Energy and Environment Design. Sterling Heights provides low flow water fixtures, energy star appliances and high-grade air filters. All of which reduces your energy use from 17-30%!
How can I cancel my lease?
Although we don’t want to see you go, Sterling offers a relet process that allows you to find a replacement resident to take over the remainder of your lease contract. Once the new lessee is fully approved, your contract would then become terminated. Contact the office for more details.
