What is the difference between Garden, Terrace, and Skyline? +

Our Garden Style apartments are located throughout building one. The Terrace Style apartments are located located on floors 1-5 in building two. Lastly, our Skyline apartments will are located on floors 6-8 of building two, giving you breathtaking views of Aggieland from your apartment.

What is included in the furniture package? +

In the common areas, we include a modern sofa, lounge chair, coffee table, end table, Smart TV, and bar stools. In your private bedroom, we include a full-sized memory foam mattress with bed frame, stackable dresser drawers, desk, desk chair & a personal mini-fridge. Please see our gallery for more details on this amazing furniture package!

What utilities are included? +

Included utilities in your rent are Water, Sewer, Cable, and Wi-Fi. Valet Waste and Electric are paid separately.

Is a deposit required? +

There are no application fees or security deposits at Sterling Northgate. It is $0 to apply for all floor plans!

How does Valet Waste work? +

Valet Waste is an additional amenity that Sterling Northgate is able to offer to our residents. You will be provided a waste bin that you will set out during an allotted time frame for a representative to pick up each night. You will no longer need to argue with your roommates who is going to take out the trash!

What is your pet policy? +

We love pets, and even have a fenced-in pet park for them to play in! We understand your pets are part of your family, and that means finding a home that welcomes all of you! Also, we do not have a weight limit! Please contact the office at 979.493.5175 if you have any questions about breed restrictions.

Are the amenities open 24/7? +

All of our amenities except our pool deck will be open 24/7. We understand that college students are busy during the day so you will be able to enjoy our state-of-the-art fitness center, private and group study rooms, computer lounge, and more whenever your schedule allows! Our pool and infinity hot tub are open from 9am to 10pm, 7 days a week! This will give you tons of time to soak up some sun any day of the week!

Do we have to pay for parking? +

Garage parking for Residents is available for $25 per month. Spots are limited, so make sure to contact our leasing office to reserve your spot.

For visitors, we will provide a 24-hour visitor parking passes for your guests. Stop by our office, during business hours, and we would be happy to give you a 24-hour visitor parking pass.  We have limited visitor parking available on the first floor of our parking garage, so our passes are given out based on first come, first serve basis.

What does it mean to be LEED certified? +

LEED stands for Leadership in Energy and Environment Design. Sterling Northgate provides low flow water fixtures, energy star appliances and high-grade air filters. All of which reduces your energy use from 17-30%!

How can I cancel my lease? +

Although we don’t want to see you go, Sterling offers a relet process that allows you to find a replacement resident to take over the remainder of your lease contract. Once the new lessee is fully approved, your contract would then become terminated. Contact the office for more details.
