Full-Time Employment
The Community Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the apartment community. The Assistant Manager is responsible for leasing, marketing, bookkeeping, and computerized data entry & reports.The Lead Maintenance is responsible for the overall maintenance of the community, including service requests, preventative maintenance and major repairs (must be HVAC certified).

Part-Time Employment
Please apply at your community office for any of these potential resident positions. A Community Assistant conducts marketing, leasing, and office administration. A Resident Maintenance Crew maintains the community and conducts maintenance repairs. A Shuttle Driver operates the van that serves our residents.

Computer Technician
This part-time position maintains the computer systems in the office & computer lab, and internet connectivity for the residents. Six months experience with Windows operating system; able to install Windows and Office, familiar with TCP/IP networking, and can resolve network issues.
