Student Housing Jobs Currently Available
Full-Time University Housing Employment
The Community Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the apartment community. The Assistant Manager is responsible for leasing, marketing, bookkeeping, and computerized data entry and reports. The Lead Maintenance is responsible for the overall maintenance of the community, including service requests, preventative maintenance and major repairs (must be HVAC certified).
Part-Time University Housing Employment
Please apply at your community office for any of these potential resident positions. A Community Assistant conducts marketing, leasing, and office administration. A Resident Maintenance Crew maintains the community and conducts maintenance repairs. A Shuttle Driver operates the van that serves our residents.
Computer Technician
This part-time position maintains the computer systems in the office & computer lab, and internet connectivity for the residents. Six months experience with Windows operating system; able to install Windows and Office, familiar with TCP/IP networking, and can resolve network issues.
