As of May 9, 2012 Sterling Fry Street, apartments near UNT, will be offering a great deal of leasing specials! Although, deposits and fees have increased, these deposits/fees will be WAIVED if you sign a lease with Sterling Fry Street! Applicants can now SAVE $350. The Sterling Fry Street application will remain at $50 for a LIMITED TIME ONLY and our 4×4 Concert floor plan (1434sqft) will be reduced from $645 to $620! That means you will be saving $25 a month and $300 a year!

Sterling Fry Street, apartments near UNT, is happy to announce the new retail spaces to come! Potbelly Sandwiches, Mac Daddy and Chipotle will be moving into Sterling Fry Street’s retail spaces. This means convenience and reliability for Sterling Fry Street residents and even UNT students!

Sterling Fry Street will also be hosting 2 Roommate Mixers! Join us on May 11, 2012 from 12 – 4 pm or on May 15, 2012 from 12 – 4 pm to mix, mingle and meet your fellow roommates & residents!

Sterling Central Continues Community Service Efforts

For Sterling Central apartments near UCF, March was a busy month and that didn’t change for April. Continuing their community service efforts, Sterling Central sponsored I.D.E.A.S’ Shackathon team. Shackathon is an annual event sponsored by UCF Habitat for Humanity for the purpose of fundraising (all proceeds go to the organization. UCF organizations sign up to build a shack made out of recyclable material representing their cause and the winner is based on votes. The Sterling Central sponsored team won 1st place overall and and for the second year in a row, 1st place fan favorite.

As part of their ongoing community service efforts, Sterling Central’s dedicated staff volunteered for the Feeding Childing Everywhere charity. Feeding Children Everywhere is a social charity that empowers and mobilizes people to assemble healthy meals for hungry children. Our area of focus was packaging and shipping meals for low income K-12 students in the Central Florida Public School System .

It’s not only Sterling Central’s employees, the entire network of Sterling off campus housing properties make sure that it employs people who are active in their communities and strive to make the world a better, greener place.

Delbert’s Bodega is a locally owned and operated, urban style bodega, brining convenience to Alvarado residents. Delbert’s Bodega will offer gourmet coffee and tea, convenient one-stop shopping and special grill hours that will also offer poolside service to Sterling Alvarado residents!
