In 1997, Sterling University Housing (SUH) recognized the need to provide new, high-quality multi-family housing for college students. The housing supply for most major colleges and universities was found to be inadequate, dated and expensive.

Utilizing their in-house construction capabilities, Sterling University Housing has an aggressive program for building and renovating housing for college students across the nation.

In its history, SUH managed, developed, or renovated more than 45 student communities in 25+ states. Sterling’s new university apartments for rent are now the place to be for college students who want to live in style while working to achieve a higher education.
