Rental Criteria - When you decide to apply for residency in our community, you must meet the Rental Criteria. This form outlines the criteria and explains our occupancy requirements. Rental Application - When you decide to apply for residency in our community, you must complete this Rental Application. Once we receive your signed application, we can process your application. Lease Agreement - Once you decide to live in our community, you will need to sign this Lease Agreement. It is a legally binding contract that outlines all the expectations of our residents. A management team member will be happy to explain it to you and answer any questions you may have. This contract must be signed before a unit or bedroom can be assigned to you. Guarantor Form - If you do not make three times the monthly or annual rent, you will need a Guarantor to guaranty your lease. A parent, legal guardian, or designee can sign this form.
