Preleasing for Fall 2012, Sterling Cottages at West End is a new green student housing community located near the UNCG campus. The upscale townhomes and cottage flats were designed and built exclusively for college students.

Policy for Pet Friendly Student Housing

If you plan to bring your pet with you, the additional fees include a $150 non-refundable pet fee, $100 refundable pet deposit, and a $15 per month pet rent. Sterling limits the number of pets to two per apartment. There’s also a pet weight limit of 30 lb and breed restrictions.
