Off Campus Apartments near UCF – What’s New at Sterling Central

Sterling Central Family,

We have some very exciting news! We listened to your concerns and can assure you we are constantly assessing the community in an effort to give our residents the best living experience possible. Though it is impossible to please everyone we believe we’ve found the best possible solution for your parking concerns. HOORAY!

We will soon be adding over 100 additional parking spaces for your guests! A call box will be added to the front of the garage so when your visitors come they will be able to call you and you can let them in from your phone. There will be appropriate signage in the garage directing them to the new guest parking on the uncovered 7th floor.

We are moving the garage gate forward which will add an additional 50 unreserved prime first floor parking spaces for our residents! During the week of Spring Break you will notice the construction to move the gate to its new location.

New tamper-resistant parking STICKERS will be required for all Sterling residents who have either standard or reserved parking, and additional controls will be put in place to ensure that only our residents park in the non-guest parking.

Current residents with reserved parking: signs will be replaced with stenciled paint; this will prevent any signs from being vandalized in the future. Additionally, we will not be adding any more reserved spaces at the time due to the new parking parameters.

We are no longer offering any additional reserved spaces in the garage for the 2011/2012 school year other than what has already been leased. Our goal is to maximize the amount of unreserved spaces that our residents can choose from on a daily basis.

Orlando’s Farmer’s Market at Lake Eola Park is held every Sunday and has food, drinks, homemade items, produce, live music, a wine and beer garden, and an outdoor dining area! This Farmer’s Market has been around since 1987 and is one of the most popular events in Orlando!

When: Every Sunday! 10am-4pm
Where: Lake Eola Park on the corner of E. Central Blvd & N. Eola Drive.

Visit Waterford Lakes every Saturday for their very own local Farmer's Market! Beginning at 9:30am, local farmers and business owners set up in the parking lot near Pier 1 and feature homemade items, fresh baked goods, doggie treats, jewelry and so much more!

Entertainment is provided by local productions and begins at 10am!

The UCF Football team earned their first ever Top 25 ranking in both the Associated Press and USA Today Coaches polls! The Knights entered the coaches poll at No. 23 and the AP poll at No. 25 UCF is joined by Florida as the only teams from the football-rich state to rank in the current Top 25. UCF is ahead of the No. 24 Gators in the coaches poll!
