How Sterling’s San Diego Student Housing Program Works

Sterling Alvarado offers students a variety of options for student housing in San Diego. Our 1-4 bedroom apartments lease by the bed, so you won’t be responsible for renting an apartment alone unless you choose to do so, even if you and a friend share a room or apartment. Unless you lease an entire apartment, or bring enough friends to do so, our roommate matching program will find like-minded students to share the apartment with you. Each bedroom has its own key lock.

After signing a lease, you receive a welcome packet in the mail before your scheduled move-in date. The packet includes any information you might need, including how to contact students who will share the apartment with you.
